Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, with ALL tags attached, NO EXCEPTIONS. There are no returns or exchanges on swimwear, intimate items, sale items, or items that have been special ordered. Please be sure you take a look at our size chart and make sure you are satisfied with your order before you check out. Please feel free to e-mail us with any specific questions you may have about any particular style.
RETURN POLICY
If for some reason you are not satisfied with an item once you have
received it, we will gladly take it back within 14 days (2 weeks) and an exchange or a refund will be granted.
The items MUST be returned within 14 days from the date the
package was delivered to you. In some cases we may be more lenient with
the 14 day policy in regards to EXCHANGES if extenuating
circumstances apply, but we will not REFUND your money if the item(s)
is not returned to us within the 14 days. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Shipping costs on any non-damaged returns will be the
responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges WILL NOT be refunded.
The only exceptions are in the rare cases where an incorrect item is
sent or the shipping company (USPS/UPS) or Eclectica delayed your order.
All items must be returned in the original condition in which they were
received. Do not cut off the label or care instructions that are sewn
into the garment before you have decided to keep it. This will result in a non-returnable item. Eclectica will not accept returns or exchanges for any item
that has been washed in any way, dryed in a dryer, or damaged/ stained
in any way.
SALE ITEMS
All sales on any items listed in our "SALE" or "SPECIALS" section and any items listed at a discounted or sale price are final. SALE MERCHANDISE CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. If you have questions about this policy, please e-mail us.
SPECIAL ITEMS
Occasionally we receive requests for lots, specialty, and custom items that need to be special ordered. Special orders cannot be refunded or exchanged. We may be more lenient if extenuating circumstances apply; however, a restocking fee will most likely occur. Free shipping offers, and other promotional offers will be revoked and will remain the responsiblity of the customer.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE ITEMS
All returns or exchanges MUST have a Return Authorization Number included. Use our Return Authorization Form located HERE to receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return your item. Any returns sent back to us without a Return Authorization number will be denied and returned to you at your own expense.
Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Eclectica.
RESTOCKING FEES
We know shopping online can be difficult. Without being able to try the clothing on, it can make it difficult to determine your correct size. We do everything we can to help with this process and even provide measurements of each product on the product page. If you ever have any questions about the fit of a garment, please do not hesitate to ask us.
In RARE cases, we may apply a restocking fee, such as, if you consistently purchase large amounts of products from us only to return most of them or special order items. Also, if you purchase 2 different sizes of the same item, only to return the one that did not fit, a restocking will most likely occur. When our return and exchange policy is abused by these practices, it hurts our business. We intentionally do not stock large quantities of items to ensure our customers that they are purchasing something special. When items are not in stock in-store due to them being in the process of a return, it affects our sales, because someone who really wants the item cannot get it.
The restocking fee is equal to 25% of the original price paid for every item returned.
If you wish to return an item and we feel a restocking fee is justified, we will inform you via e-mail before issuing a Return Authorization Number order to give you the opportunity to exchange the item instead. Whether or not a restocking fee is applied is up to our discretion and may be waived depending on circumstances.
